Fleetwood House is a unique, luxury home on the grounds of Fleetwood Waiheke. The home sleeps two and is available to rent with exclusive use of the full Fleetwood property. Newly built and luxuriously fitted throughout, Fleetwood House has an indoor fireplace, outdoor living and dining areas, a large deck and plunge pool and a private outdoor bath and shower.

Fleetwood House is appointed with the highest level of fittings and finishes and combined with Fleetwood Studios and Canyon House, it offers a luxury accommodation option for large families or groups of friends who like their own privacy.

The full property sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 beautiful bedrooms, all with private ensuites. There are multiple common areas for you to come together, such as the outdoor bar, and the luxurious covered, all-weather outdoor dining / living areas.

    • In-house dining package $100.00 - includes one bottle of Fleetwood Wine (your choice of Red or Rose’ & 2 Wood Fired Pizzas (curated and cooked onsite by Fleetwood’s Chef) subject to availability

    • Welcome pack including fresh cheese, Waiheke oysters, Waiheke wine (tailored to your individual budget)

    • Use of Fleetwood’s fully Electric Car - $75 per day
